STARTING TIME 7:30 a.m., All Competitors

Dates and locations are subject to changes.   MUST BE MEMBER.

All events are point rated; Year end ratings & State Championship qualification will be based on best 3 of 5 events.

Divisions:

Menehune, 11 – under                               Body Board Divisions             

Boys, 12 – 14                                              Boys Body Board, 14 - under

Junior Men, 15 – 17                                    Girls Long Board (1 Heat Only)

Open Men, 18 – 24                                     Women 18 – over  (1 Heat only)                      

Girls, 17 – under                                         Sr. Men 35 – over (1 Heat only)

COUNTRY BROKERS 4 - A  Division, $25.00 , 4 MEN HEATS.                                       

Contest Format: 6 man heats, preliminary heats 15 min., Best 2 waves 6 wave maximum.

Finals: 15 min. heats, best 2 waves, 8 wave maximum.

Mail in Entry: H.S.F Members $20.00   additional Division $10.00   Membership Dues: $50.00     

Beach Entry:$30.00        additional Division  $15.00  Note: if slots  are available.

Entry Dead Line: Received Friday Mail Before Contest Date, No Refunds or Transfer of Fess.

County of Kaua’i, H.A.S.A, H.S.F, Y.M.C.A, the Beach House restaurant, all sponsors, officials, administrators, and participants associated with this

event, from any and all liability, damages or injuries which may be sustained from participation in the event. Finally, I understand that if I am under

the age of 18, this form must be signed by a parent or guardian as well.
